Welcome to our Web Page!

Hello customers! In an effort to join the every growing technical world, we have developed this web page as a way for our customers ...current and hopefully new!..to keep up to date on our specials, see a product list, learn about new products, get to know us a little more, and to pass on recipe ideas and useful knowledge about all things alcohol! It is a work in progress!!

Just a little about the Henry's for people who don't know us that well. Corey and his brother Brent, and Brent's wife Norma Jean, bought the liquor store in September 1997, just as a little side investment. In October 2001, Corey and I got married, and I became the 4th partner. Brent and Norma Jean moved out of state in 2010, and Corey and I bought their shares. We renamed the store to Henry Liquor, LLC. Corey is the accountant and technical guru and maintenance man, and I am slowly (very slowly) working myself into the role of marketing manager.

Corey and I have three kids who keep us on the move so you don't see our faces at Henry Liquor near as much as you should. With the purchase of the store 20 years ago came an invaluable resource, Lori May, who has been our manager for all of our 20 years plus the years she worked for the previous owner. If you have any questions, she is the lady to go to! Our business would have failed miserably if it weren't for Lori May! We also have two other employees, Lisa and Cheryl. These three ladies keep the business running, keep the store clean, and most importantly, keep the customers happy!

As a native of Hiawatha, now a business owner, and a mother of three students in the local schools, the community of Hiawatha is very important to me, as it also is to Corey. We both have served on several different boards, coached local sports, and are actively involved in lots of organizations. Because of our great customers, we have been able to give monetarily over the years to HHS Alumni Association, HHS Booster Club, Hiawatha Girls Softball, USD 415 Education Foundation, Hiawatha Community Hospital, Hiawatha Community Hospital Foundation Board, Quails Unlimited, Knights of Columbus, Fireballs Softball, sponsored a youth softball team and a youth basketball team, have been a sponsor for the local mud run, A.B.A.T.E, and many other worthy groups and causes. Shop local when you can!!
